Food is fine including the Sushi dishes! Prices has gone up to Ventura Blvd Prices. Other places charge five fish protein for this restaurants medium $11.95 three fish protein. Sushi dishes also went up two to three dollars per dish as well. Not sure if their rent or vendor prices went up but either way their food is great.

Quick spot for quick and delicious lunch. It's at the Northridge Mall food court. Food is always fresh and tasty, they make it right when you order. What I like is that the shrimp or veggie tempura is not greasy. I ordered dynamite lobster roll, tiger roll and shrimp tempura and it's really good portioned, fresh and super delicious. You can customize all of your orders, starting from sushi rolls to building your own poke.
I can choose where I want to sit, either in the restaurant, at the food court or outside and when it's not raining, eat good food and enjoy a nice warm weather.
This is my 3rd time at this spot and every time food is fresh, tasty and made to my liking. If you are in the mood for sushi, udon soup, poke, hand roll and sashimi and don't have too much time this is definitely the place. -

For food court sushi, there are actually some decent options here!
My favorite thing to get is bibimbap, which I believe they call "mix with rice". Their bibimbap is slightly different than a traditional Korean version since it contains things like sprouts and red cabbage, but the spicy sauce is pretty classic and ties all the flavors together well. Today I ordered the sashimi version which featured tuna, salmon, yellowtail, spicy tuna, and imitation crab. It was a very generous portion for $10.50, and while the fish wasn't terribly fresh, it was still a pretty enjoyable meal.
I've also tried the teriyaki chicken salad and enjoyed it - it comes with avocado, tomatoes, mandarin oranges, crispy wontons, and more, all served with a peanut-based dressing. It all tastes fresh, tangy, and relatively healthy with all the vegetables, and is a great option in a food court that doesn't have a whole lot in the way of healthy food.
Obviously you'll need to temper your expectations vs an actual sushi restaurant, but nonetheless you can still get a pretty satisfying meal here for a good price. -

This is my favorite place to eat at the mall. They have the tofu salad and the tofu mix, which consists of tofu and rice along with cabbage, alfalfa sprouts, mushrooms, beets. They glaze the tofu with a teriyaki sauce that taste pretty good. I always add the avocado why not. I also get the spicy ginger sauce on the side. My husband recently had the spicy chicken bowl here and he enjoyed it. There is plenty of seats inside and outide which is great as well.

I highly recommend this place if you have not eaten anything all day, their portions are beyond generous. It'll be a bit of wait time to get your meal but its always nice and fresh. Staff is always nice and friendly.
